The Works comprise the construction of a three storey Clinical Medical School building, with double height plant-rooms over on a confined site, including extensive Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations together with associated external works and underground utilities, on a “Live” Hospital Campus in Phases as indicated on the Drawings and Other Documents which make up the Works Requirements/ Tender Documents.
