Commercial Agency Services in respect of the land at Sysonby Farm

Leicestershire County Council ("the Council") invites Quotations for the provision of Commercial Agency Services in respect of land at Sysonby Farm. The site extends to a total acreage of approximately 38.89. The County has received outlined planning permission to develop approximately 17 acres of the total landholding. The planning permission is to demolish all existing buildings and structures and construct up to 290 residential dwellings, a local centre comprising 200 m2 GEA for up to 250 m2 GEA Class B1 business floorspace, primary school, open space, and associated infrastructure. The subject land consists of approximately 1.95 acres, Leicestershire County Council is seeking to appoint an agent to act on our behalf in respect of marketing the site for either the use of a Local Centre (Class E) or to provide an extra care provision (D2).
