The project involves the will involve the demolition of the existing external covered play area canopy and its replacement with a new classroom extension together with an associated covered play area canopy.The scope of the works will include demolition and removal of the existing canopy; construction of new classroom extension; forming new openings; roofworks; internal reconfiguration to the existing building; new windows and doors; new mechanical and electrical installations; adaptations to existing mechanical and electrical installations; new finishes and fixtures.
