HPRA bathroom refurbishment project

Tender description

The HPRA are planning on refurbishing the bathrooms in their offices on Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin. The HPRA bathrooms are largely unchanged since the 1980’s. The below areas will be upgraded as part of the works, includes 9 bathrooms across 5 floors (approx. 20sq. meters per floor). HPRA have two bathrooms per floor on 4 floors. Some variations to note: • Floor 2 has had one bathroom replaced with a wheel chair accessible shower and toilet, which is not included in this project. • Floor 4, one of the cubicles in the male bathroom has been replaced with a shower which will be retained in the renovation plans. The female bathroom will be updated to include a shower unit. A cursory overview of works: - New flooring (tiled) - New wall finishes (tiled) - New WC cubicles - New Sanitary ware, and pipework as required - New ceiling, including lights, detectors, emergency lights - New vanity units, and mirrors, soap dispensers, hand-dryers - Upgrade of flow and return ventilation above ceiling - Full strip out of existing facilities
