The programme for proposed construction works is to be developed by the principal contractor. The below is a summary of works and scope of works will be included in the other tender/prelim documents. Therefore, Principal Contractor (PC) before devising the construction phase Plan (CPP) must refer to other tender documents for assessing the comprehensive list of project related hazards and controls. Principal Contractor should visit the site before devising the construction phase plan (CPP) to assess the local environment/hazards. Specific Client objectives for the project include: - conforming to current Building Regulations. - safe and easy for staff to use, clean, and maintain. - are of good quality materials; and - the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality finish.
