CTU365 24.18.1095 and 24.18.1106 - Modern Methods of Construction for Major Adaptations to 2 no. Dwellings– Pilot scheme, North Down The objective of this pilot scheme is to investigate how modern methods of construction (MMC), such as off-site manufacturing, could be utilised to deliver major adaptations within a faster timeframe, to a higher level of fabric performance and, possibly, at a lower cost in comparison with the currently utilised traditional masonry construction.
