Waterford City & County Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the disposal of lands in proximity to Michael Street in Waterford City, Ireland in accordance with the terms of this brief. This Expressions of Interest document will be used to shortlist a maximum of [5] (five) interested parties to bring to the next stage of the process.
