Tender description

<p>The scheme consists of converting store sheds located in rooms under three existing blocks built in 1949, Richbell, Falcon and Blemundsbury, into a total of 10 ground floor flats. A full specification of the work will be issued by the architect in August 2022 under a traditional JCT Standard Building Contract Without Quantities (SBC/XQ) 2016 edition with a contractor&rsquo;s designed portion for the mechanical and electrical installations, together with the Council&rsquo;s standard amendments.</p> Keywords: Construction, Refurbishment
