Tender description
An Post have approximately 180 commercial properties nationwide of which approximately 70 are held under long term commercial leases. The term in a number of these leases is due to expire in the next 6 months to three years, and/or the leases provide a break option. All leases provider for rent reviews. All properties are liable to commercial rates.
