Refurbishment of toilets. Total floor area: 151 sq m. The toilets are in separate blocks on 5 different corridors and there are 4 staff toilets. There will be 41 toilets and 34 whbs to be installed as well as associated fittings and fixtures, new floor finishes and repainting.
