Tender description

This scheme consists of excavating a section of the existing grassed (to a depth of 0.450mm) area within Champneys close and replacing it with full tarmac construction . This is to make additional parking spaces for the residents of Champneys Close. There will also be some resurfacing works to the existing carriageway as it has been deemed to be in a poor state. As well as this there will be associated kerbing, drainage and landscaping works.
