The Works consist of the provision of additional temporary accommodation for a post primary school within an existing 2 storey building and works comprise the following: - Provision of additional toilet/sanitary facilities within the existing ground floor area. Reintegration of a previous Engineering room on the ground floor. This room is currently part of the Community Centre. Reintegration of a previous Science Room on the first floor. This room is currently part of the Community Centre. Conversion of existing Snooker room on the first floor of the Community Centre into 2 no. Classrooms and integration into the temporary accommodation for the school. Alterations to and linking of all Mechanical and Electrical Installations to provide for full integration and connection of existing services. Provision of tarmacadam surfaced pedestrian pathway to link the temporary accommodation to the existing school building. The provide for the fitting of 150mm Rockwool insulation over all existing and new suspended ceilings at first floor level. Rockwool single thickness pre-cut roll-latts 400mm width.
