Tender description

Refurbishment works for the Senghennydd Court Block K student accommodation.The nature of the proposed works relate to the internal refurbishment, repair and upgrade works to the 64 bed purpose built student accommodation block known as Senghennydd Court Block K.The works are focused on building fabric and mechanical and electrical works throughout the block.This is an internal refurbishment of student halls of residences, the works will include the following:Replacement of kitchens, bedroom furniture, floor coverings and decorationsAssociated M&E upgradesThe M&E upgrades associated with these works will be undertaken by sub-contractors which will be appointed by the Main Contractor. The sub-contractors nominated by the Main Contractor will be named in the Main Contractors tender submission. The Main Contractor will then be responsible for managing its nominated sub-contractors for the duration of the contract to deliver this work.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=120614.
