Tender description

Tenders are invited by the Council from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Dewsbury Heritage Works (the “Works”). The anticipated commencement date for the Contract is 1 January 2022. Please note that this is a retendering exercise of KMCCD-002, due to the change in scope of the project and the removal of 15 Union St as part of the Works. Only the bidders who have previously submitted a tender have been invited to submit a tender for these Works.
