In summary the contract includes : Annual Boiler servicing to commercial boilers approximately 240. Annual Gas tightness testing to approximately 45 high schools labs. Annual Service to convector heaters approximately 250. Ad Hoc repair and replacement to the above equipment which make the large proportion of the contract
