East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking to procure a sole supply contract for the delivery of a Civic Chauffeur Service for a period of two years (with an option to extend up to 12 months). The contract is required to meet the requirements of the Council’s Civic Services Team within the Corporate Resources Directorate. This will be a fixed hourly rate transport service to and from civic events for the Council’s Chairman, Vice Chairman, Lord Lieutenant and various VIP’s. Requirements will be split into two parts: 1: Driver Only Requirements: Provision of chauffeurs only, to drive the Council’s civic vehicle. 2: Driver and Car Requirements: Provision of chauffeurs and vehicles when the Council’s civic vehicle is otherwise engaged or unavailable. You must bid for both requirements.
