The Ruskin Building Refurbishment Project - AWARD

Lancaster University is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) and selection stage submissions from contractors interested in tendering for The Ruskin Building Refurbishment Project. The Ruskin now requires a programme of works to refurbish and alter the building layout, including the replacement of plant and machinery that is reaching the end of its service life. The refurbishment of The Ruskin Building must meet statutory requirements and the standards and guidelines defined by the National Heritage Memorial Fund and other funding bodies, to ensure the safety of The Ruskin Whitehouse Collection and to achieve University Museum Accreditation.
