Reserved Specialists (Mechanical Contractors) for the Construction of a new special school for Rosedale School at Woodlands Centre, Renmore, Galway

Construction of a new c.3,640 sq.m. single storey special school for Rosedale School on a greenfield site at the Woodlands Centre, Renmore, Galway. The works also include construction of a 39 sq.m. single storey ancillary storage shed; all associated site development works including works to the existing Woodlands campus entrance, revised access road, staff and visitor car parking, bus drop-off areas, new perimeter boundary walls and fences, removal of selected trees and new ancillary site signage; and all associated site services including surface and foul water drainage rainwater harvesting system, underground rainwater tanks and site lighting. Reserved Specialist’s role: Mechanical reserved specialists roles shall consist of installation, testing and commissionining of all mechanical installations including sub-specialists works associated with the works.
