Tender description
Camphill Communities of Ireland is seeking the services of an Property Services Provider (Estate Agents / Auctioneers) to provide valuations of existing properties (buildings and land) as outlined in the RFT. This competition will be divided onto three [3] Lots (based on geographic location. Each Lot represents a separate tender competition will be a separate contract award. An interested Applicant may tender for one or more lots. Refer to RFT for further details. The Lots are: Lot 1 – Kilkenny / Wexford (seven [7] separate communities) Lot 2 – Monaghan / Kildare / Dublin five [5] separate communities) Lot 3 - Tipperary / Kerry (four [4] separate communities)
