Maintenance Works at Houses 11-14 Botany Bay for Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin

Tender description

The University seeks to appoint a competent works contractor to carry out upgrade works for a project located on the University Campus at Nos 11-14 Botany Bay. The works comprises of the upgrading of 22no two-bedroom apartments and 3no three-bedroom units to include partial strip-out, refurbishing existing windows, new floor coverings, complete new bathroom finishes, some new kitchen units and appliances, sundry mechanical ventilation and electrical repairs, lighting upgrade, complete redecoration, re-upholstering existing and some new furniture in some of the units. The attic will be cleaned out and insulated. The specification and works requirements are wholly described within the tender document set. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available onwww.etenders.gov.ie by the response deadline. Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.
