The project involves the refurbishment of an existing ground floor laboratory space and mezzanine space within an existing occupied building in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. The works include but are not limited to: minor demolition, new metal stud partitions, glazed partitions, doors, flooring, decoration, acoustic ceiling baffles, bespoke furniture elements, furniture and modular partitions, work cells and screens as documented. Lot 241207: Lab Fit-Out The Client is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a fit-out for their Lab in Mullingar
