Tender description
The proposed works are: -Replace the metal roof with an aluminium standing seam Roofing System. - Provide new gutters and downpipes which are part of the Roofing System. - The Roofing System must have a PV option (may be included or added at a later date by others). - The Roofing System must cover all timber facia, soffit and bargeboards etc with an impervious material to avoid future cyclical decoration. - Ensure all rainwater outlets and below ground drainage is free flowing. - The Roofing Systems must have a twenty-five year plus material and workmanship guarantee. This was procured through the Procurement Hub Framework.
