Tender for Sandwell Urban Bike Park The 58-hectare site is located in Sandwell Valley, an oasis of 'Green Belt' land in the heart of the West Midlands Conurbation. The secondary road of Park Lane running north - south bisects the site into two halves. West of Park Lane the site forms part of the Local Nature Reserve of Sandwell Valley Park, owned and managed by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and covers an area of 41 ha. To the East is the northern part of former Birmingham City Council site known as Hill Top Golf Course, currently leased to Mytime Active and undergoing major redevelopment, it covers a smaller area of 17 ha.
