Tender description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite Tenders from qualified contractors for Castle Basin Lights Improvements: The main contract works comprise the disconnection of existing lighting and upgrade to lighting as indicated on the contract drawings for Fermanagh and Omagh District Council along Castle Basin, Enniskillen. The Works will be in Two projects. Project 1 - The replacement lamps to footpath 1. Removal of Existing Inground Lighting 2. New Inground Lighting Installation 3. New Bollard Lighting Installation 4. Associated Builder’s work 5. Electrical works associated with lighting alterations and additions Project 2 - The works / repairs / additional lamp fixed to the external wall of the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum plus the remedial EICR items for the flood lights serving the Forum. 6. New Flood Lighting Installation on Forum Building 7. Relamp of Existing Wall Mounted Lighting 8. Associated Builder’s work 9. Electrical works associated with lighting alterations and additions 10. Forum Building - Alterations to resolve Defects 4, 5, 6 and 8 in the attached EICR (Appendix A) and noted in the Tender Documents.
