Tender description

<p>Harwich International House is a former Victorian hotel building that was constructed in 1882 and is now occupied as the main Port office accommodation. The three-storey building is traditionally constructed in brickwork, with stonework features and lintels, and timber pitched roof with slate tiles. The building has previously received external structural renovations focusing on the weathering elements (i.e. roof, walls, doors, windows, etc) to all elevations except the south elevation. The project will comprise of the external structural renovations to the brickwork, stonework, timberwork, parapet wall and roof to the East Wing of the South Elevation. Please see attached Scope of Works for more details. The Purchaser reserves the right to only invite the top 6 scoring suppliers who reach or exceed the pre-qualification requirement to be invited to tender.
