Tender description
Arbour Housing wish to procure a suitably qualified and competent Contractor to carry out kitchen and Window/Door Replacement Scheme in Portadown, Lurgan and the surrounding areas. The Contractor should note that all of the dwellings will be occupied at all times, and they shall co-operate fully with each tenant and Arbour Housing in carrying out all the works with minimum of inconvenience and disturbance. Free access and right of way at all times to all dwellings must be granted to tenants and neighbouring private dwellings
