Tender description

<p>The Works consist of the replacement of existing heating and water services to individual properties inclusive of all making good and associated ancillary works all in accordance with the specification and drawings. The Work must, unless otherwise stated in this document, be carried out in strict accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of the fittings, plant and equipment concerned. Contractors must visit the site to ascertain the full extent of the works by arranging with the CA a suitable date and time. Contractors must not turn up on site without an appointment. They will be turned away. Contractors should provide decoration vouchers to residents. In cases where residents are unable to complete or organise their own redecoration, contractor should complete the redecoration. Connect housing will pay contractor for this service and reimburse the vouchers. No Guarantee or commitment to any works and not all the works for properties is necessary (i.e., Some have one-off heater replacement or new tank).</p> Keywords: Electric heating
