This Periodic Indicative Notice is a request for market engagement NOT a call for competition. Southern Water (SWS) is carrying out a Market Engagement exercise on the supply of Land Entry Services and invites potential suppliers to contribute to the market research. SWS is looking to cover the following requirements to support and advise project team in relation to Land Entry matters: - Deliver Land Entry requirements on Projects including; - Identifying owners and occupiers of land to which access is required - Making contact with those owners and occupiers and discuss works and Southern Waters requirements - Securing entry to land through negotiation and/or statutory powers - Securing any required rights in land by way of acquisition - Manage the relationship with owners and occupiers through the works - Negotiate and agree compensation payable - Regularly update the project team on cost, programme, risk and opportunity on Land Entry matters relating to the works - Integrate key works information into Southern Water systems Lot 1: This Periodic Indicative Notice is a request for market engagement NOT a call for competition. Southern Water does not guarantee that all activities referenced by the CPV will form part of any future contract notice(s), nor is the list exhaustive of all activities which may be included in any procurement process under this project. Southern Water is carrying out a Market Engagement exercise for Land Entry Services. Southern Water is at an early stage in the development of its Sourcing Strategy for these services and is testing the market prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity. The aim of this market engagement exercise is to gain a better understanding of market capability and appetite to support Southern Water. SWS engagement will take the form of a virtual presentation day - 12th April 2022 from 14:00pm - 15:00pm.
