Stornoway Port Authority wishes to purchase pre-fabricated accommodation to form the office and welfare facilities wing of a new marine engineering workshop. Details of the facilities to be provided in the Support Block are set out in the Employer's Requirements document available to download from this site. Stornoway Port Authority wishes to purchase pre-fabricated accommodation to form a Support Block providing office/welfare facilities for a new marine engineering workshop. Details of the accommodation requirements and the site are set out in the Employer's Requirements document available from this site. The Support Block Supplier will be responsible for the design, manufacture, transport, installation and fitting out of the modular wing. The Port Authority will appoint a separate contractor to construct foundations, access ramps and service connections to the Support Block.
