Wales Millennium Centre is embarking on a new and exciting phase which includes the development of its Front of House area. As part of this development the Centre is refurbishing three discreet areas, Welcome Bar, Cabaret and the Members' Lounge., there may be further refurbishment work in the following months.To this end we are inviting organisations to tender for this construction// fit out opportunity Prospective organisations must complete satisfactory a (PQQ) Prequalification Questionnaire, before proceeding to the full tender. Prospective tenders must be able to demonstrate robust examples of similar work in similar environments, and a robust financial position.The Centre is committed to the principles which underpin Welsh Government’s Workforce equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy: 2021 to 2026, and welcomes organisations whose own policies reflect these principles.
