Coolmoney Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

Tender description

The work proposed is to upgrade the water and waste water treatment facilities and the associated water distribution and waste collection pipe networks at Coolmoney Camp. The project will also include alterations to the internal water supply arrangements in some of the Camp buildings to suit the revised distribution arrangements that it is envisaged will come into operation on completion of the upgrade works. The basis of the arrangements envisaged for the undertaking of the work is a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain arrangement with a competent, suitably resourced and financially secure contractor that will see the contractor who is retained to carry out the infrastructural upgrade then continuing to operate and maintain the water and waste water installations for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the upgrade works
