Tender description

Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the construction and installation of a Parklet at the Cardan Bar and Grill in Lisburn. This Parklet will include the provision of a fixed outdoor area to include construction of timber walls, decking, planter boxes and seating along with a bicycle rack – all flush with the existing footpath. The Cardan Bar and Grill is located at the junction of Bachelors Walk and Railway Street in Lisburn. The new outdoor seating will be located between a pedestrian footpath on Bachelors Walk and the main road, on a currently designated Loading Only area.
