Tender description

The works covered in this tender are enabling works intended to expose as much of the original structure of the buildings as possible so that further surveys can take place and detailed design work commence. A further 'construction phase' will follow later in 2022. Asbestos removal, where required, has already been undertaken, along with anthrax testing. The enabling works will include the removal of wall linings, suspended ceilings and floor coverings, in areas where these exist. All works are detailed in the schedule of works which forms part of the tender package and are further supported with annotated drawings.
