Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with Damp proofing services.The project is a reactive programme for the treatment of damp at various properties throughout Trivallis stock, primarily in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area.This is a reactive programme for the provision of the following:I. Chemical DPC Wall injection and associated worksII. Floor Renewals due to Fungus/beetle eradication and associated worksIII. Irrigation of walls and associated worksIV. Wall/partition renewals due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksV. Kitchen units/cupboards works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksVI. Damp proof treatment to plasterworkVII. Plumbing works due to fungus/beetle eradication or DPC worksVIII. Mould Treatment and associated worksIX. Tanking and associated worksThis tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
