 Removal of 2no. existing prefab buildings and associated ramps/steps to facilitate construction of the new extension  Construction of a single-storey extension to the south of existing school to comprise 3no. mainstream classrooms with ancillary facilities, 3no. resource rooms, assisted user WC, storage area, plant room and entrance canopy.  Alterations to existing school to accommodate new extension & construction of new entrance lobby  Drainage upgrade works including decommissioning of existing septic tank and replacement with pumping station to new wastewater treatment system & percolation area at the rear of the school to be carried out over the summer period when school is vacant.  All associated site services and site development works.  Third prefab & associated steps to be removed from the site once extension has been built  Storm water soakaway to be installed beneath former prefab, car parking area to be amended, lined and made good as per drawings.
