The first phase of this project comprises of the following: Material alterations of the former Council Chamber Building - 54 Fair Street (Two Storey PROTECTED STRUCTURE ref - DB-069b & NIAH ref.no.13618044) / Material alterations of the former Community Services Building - 55-56 Fair Street (Two Storey PROTECTED STRUCTURE ref no. DB-082. NIAH ref. 13618045) / Demolition of the existing Valhalla Building / Provision of a New Link Building to link together the existing Council Office Building, former Council Chamber Building & former Community Services Building / Provision of an external landscaped public plaza located off Fair Street.
