Tender description

The Children's Services residential home at Foxwood, Blithe Meadow is in need of refurbishment and improvement works to improve the aesthetic and safety features of the property. The works include refurbishment of the internal spaces and the reconfiguration of rooms to provide additional bathroom facilities. Full redecoration, new flooring, lighting and secure doors across the site. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
