Small and Minor Works Frameworks

Tender description

Technological University Dublin invites applications for the following Lots: Lot 1: Small Works and/or Lot 2: Minor Works. This procurement is for the establishment of 2 frameworks consisting of a maximum of 6 participants of suitably qualified contractors on each Lot. Lot 1: Small Works from €0 - €50,000 which will be run under mini-competition Lot 2: Minor Works from €50,000 - €500,000 which will be run under mini-competition Tenderers can apply for either Lot 1 or Lot 2 or for both. Lot 1 Small Works of the Framework may include, but is not limited to: Glazing Works Flooring Works Carpentry Locksmith Painting Roofing Minor Refurbishments Lot 2 Minor Works of the Framework may include, but is not limited to: General Building Works Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to Existing Structures Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings Mechanical & Electrical and Similar Specialist Works may be included or may be contracted for separately by the Contracting Authority.
