In response to the PIN, Economic Operators (Main Building Contractors) are requested to return a market consultation questionnaire. The Project Brief and Market Engagement Questionnaires and information on how to request an information meeting are available on eTendersNI. Economic Operators are asked to note: 1. the response to the questionnaire will be treated as being strictly confidential; 2. the response to the questionnaire will form part of any pre-qualification or tender stage assessments or will be marked in any manner; 3. Economic Operators will not be penalised or disadvantaged if they later change their position on the response to the question posed in the questionnaire; The AHSB Main Works and Term Service Contract (MWTSC) will include the delivery of the new AHSB and associated facilities.
