Tender for Design and Build of a Skatepark Facility for the Community of Northway

Tender description

Northway Parish Council is looking to identify and select a single contractor to take this project forward from user engagement and consultation to a final design and a completed, installed concrete skatepark to suit the needs of the local young people whilst taking into account a range of ages, abilities and wheels. The contractor will be required to run consultation events and support the Council with the preparation of documentation for a planning application (if necessary). The commencement of this project is subject to securing the necessary funding. At this stage, any design for the skatepark will be purely indicative and contractors should work to the value of £150,000 - £200,000. Details of how to apply are included in the tender document.
