Tender description

2 x Classroom SEN base and Staff Room Extension at St John's National School, Cratloe, County Clare. The proposed site for the extension is challenging. The proposed building extension is to be executed at a live school site and grounds, which will remain in use during the works contract, with adjacent public uses also in place. Reference is made to these in the Preliminary Health & Safety Plan There is a notable element of civil site required with retaining wall required as part of the works. Reference to project engineer detail design should be reviewed in detail There is a requirement as part of the tender submission to complete a Suitability Questionnaire
