Lots 1 to 5 requires Valuation Services conducted by qualified Property Valuer(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency, in support of its role to assist the Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies, and other State bodies in the acquisition of properties for social housing or other programmes. The Valuations Services will be required for assessing and valuing suitable larger residential (5 plus bedrooms) and/or commercial type properties, as well as opportunities offered by developers or others as and when required. Lot 1: Lot 1 -The boundaries of Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, Dun Laoghaire & Rathdown County Council and South Dublin County Councils. Lots 1 to 5 requires Valuation Services, the Valuations Services will be required for assessing and valuing suitable larger residential (5 plus bedrooms) and/or commercial type properties, as well as opportunities offered by developers or others as and when required. Lot 2: Lot 2 -The boundaries of Carlow, Wexford, Wicklow, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois and Offaly County Councils.
