ANDBC Tender for the Provision of New and Replacement Play Areas within the Borough of Ards and North Down.

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint two appropriately experienced and competent contractors for the provision of new and replacement play areas within the Borough of Ards and North Down. There are two Lots within this tender, Lot 1 will cover the Northern area and Lot 2 will cover the Southern area within the Borough. Tenderers can apply for one or both Lots but can only be awarded a maximum of one Lot. Please note that this is a re-issued tender, there were no compliant tender submissions received for the original tender published on 15 October 2021. Some minor improvements and amendments have been included in this re-issued version of the tender documentation. Tenderers must satisfy themselves that they have read and understood all tender documentation within this opportunity before submitting their response.
