Tender description
Fingal County Council intends to invite submissions from economic operators with the expertise and capability relating to remedial works required to bring housing developments up to taking-in-charge standards. It is envisaged that after the framework is established Fingal County Council expects to award a series of draw down contracts from the Framework in the short to medium term subject to funding and requirements. The potential value of the framework is estimated to be in the region of EUR 5 million.
