Investment and Refurbishment Works in Dumfries and Galloway Area

Tender description

Investment and Refurbishment Works based in Dumfries and Galloway area. Works include replacement of UPVC Window and Doors, replacement of Kitchens and replacement of Gas Boilers and renewal of central heating systems. Lot 3: Gas Boiler Replacement and renewal of Central Heating Systems. Replacement of Gas Boilers and Gas Central Heating Systems. The successful bidder(s) will remove existing boilers and/or heating systems and install replacements. Lot 1: Replacement of UPVC windows and doors Replacement of UPVC window and doors. All windows, doors and ancillary products will be manufactured and supplied by City Building. The successful bidder(s) will remove existing windows and doors and install replacements. Lot 2: Replacement of Kitchens and ancillary works Replacement of Kitchens. All kitchens units and ancillary items such as worktops and door ironmongery will be manufactured and supplied by City Building. The successful bidder(s) will remove existing kitchens and install replacements. Industry standard ancillary works may be required therefore it is envisaged that this lot is suitable for multi trade type contractors.
