1) Supply and fit 9 new fire doors and decorated 2) 14 existing doors, remove glass-fit glass with intumescent gasket, ease and adjust and fit new hinges 3) 5 glazed screens, remove glass and fit new intumescent gaskets, refit existing glass 4) Fit two new door closers, fit 3 new locks and 1 D handle 5) Fire stop all holes in walls and around pipes with fire foam and plasterboard 6) Made and fitted 3no new loft hatches with smoke seals and hardwood stops 7) Decorated all new works to BCC specification
