Reception Works at Medina College, Isle of Wight

Tender description

The Medina College ("the College") invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of reception works at Medina College, Isle of Wight. This procurement process is being managed by the Isle of Wight Council on behalf of the College. The College is providing two tender options for the submission for works depending upon investment required. If the returns are within budget both options may be delivered, otherwise it will be either option (1) or option (2). Please refer to the separate Schedule of Works documents. Suppliers are expected to provide a price for both tender options. Option (1) relates to the Reception Works and Temporary Visitor and Student Access, and Option (2) relates to the Toilet Block.
