Tender description

This specification defines the requirements for Maintenance and Support to undertake preventative and corrective maintenance to the whole of the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and Fabric installed at the three International Passenger Stations on High Speed 1 and the depot at Singlewell. It shall also include a storage facility at Camley Street, an office at Ripple Road in Dagenham, and BTP offices in Car Park D (Ebbsfleet), which three properties shall be referred to as the Minor properties. This specification also details the general planning, organisational, safety and technical requirements relating to all of the service required.
