Installation and Maintenance Services for Car Parks & Street Furniture

Tender description

The Council is seeking a sole supplier for the provision of installation & maintenance services and minor works contract for car parks & street furniture. The car parks require routine maintenance throughout the year as well as occasionally urgent work such as pothole repairs, fencing, small scale brickwork repairs and line marking. The Supplier will also be required to repair/replace/install a variety of small street furniture such as street name plates, signage, benches, wooden bus shelters and litter bins as required by the council throughout the life of the contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
