Tender description

This scheme comprises 50 single storey properties. The works include: re-roofing, chimney repairs, renewal of rainwater goods, building plastics, replacement of timber cladding and hanging tiles with brick effect render system, loft insulation, pointing, replacement of front doors with composite units and renewal of store doors, renewal of external lighting, installation of hardwired smoke alarms and extraction fans. Contracts will be awarded on a Lotted basis - see specification for works applicable to each Lot. Bidders can provide a submission for any individual Lot, or combination of Lots. Lots are indicated below: Lot 1 - Electrical Lot 2 - Roofing, ESFG Lot 3 - Pointing Lot 4 - Brick Effect Render Lot 5 - General Building. Full details are available via ProContract tendering system.
